Payment
Payment for customized items such as cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops can be done by cash, credit card, or debit card. We require that 50% of the total amount must be paid. Remaining balance must be completely paid at least two weeks prior to the event.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations can be made at least two week before the event in order to be eligible for a refund. However, you will still be charged a 10% cancellation fee. No refund will be given for cancellations made after the said period.
Consultation and Taste Testing
Consultation and taste testing must be scheduled beforehand. We do not accept walk-ins as we want to make sure that every client will be served efficiently. Please call ahead and get an appointment. Payment for the consultation and taste testing must also be paid in full for the schedule to be confirmed. If you end up ordering to us, we will deduct the amount of the taste test on your order.
Quotations
The quote for our products is valid within 30 days from the day that it was quoted.
